And when he looks like he will murder me in my sleep. And when he lurks behind Brad Pitt and Daniel Bruhl. But mainly I just love the Fass.

BRB doing my part to help alleviate the dearth of Baker icons out there. These are from two hi-def episodes of The Mentalist, since I was silly and forgot the rest of them on my flashdrive at work. :{ Either way, I love him so much. He has one of those strange faces which is so classically handsome, but definitely looks better in motion than in still pictures. It's odd. but ilhim.

My on-going quest to help out ye men of few icons continues. I'm going to marathon most of his movies soon. I ♥ this man so much.

Fun fact: I actually made the first 32 icons back in August 2007 in order to use a few on GJ. It's just been a slow progress since then! Some of these are repeats, simply because this batch had... such a long lifespan. I think I've pretty much exhausted the supply of generic images available (without, idk, getting a Wireimage account or something). Next up: possibly capping a movie? I don't knooooww. All I know is that the world needs more Gary icons, stat, and I am so happy to be PBing him right now.

It's really hard to get back onto the iconing bandwagon after an extended hiatus, but I'm still workin' on it; it results in like, flailing over your own style and wondering if it's atrophied to shit while you've been away. I can't decide if I want to go the route of medium contrast and clear sharpening, or high contrast and softer lines, so instead I go for some horrific in-between. I can only hope it still looks fine.

Either way, I love Macfadyen so much -- he's so good at just looking so melancholy. See starboard & soconvinced for more! Also, it is worth mentioning that Death at a Funeral is probably one of my top favourite comedy films of all time, and I highly recommend people checking it out. So much love. I'm iconing a few other people from this film, too.
